Title: Idea for Citadel "Air" Protection

As of now there is a problem with having protection on everything that anyone builds because pistons and other things won't work.

I like how protection is automatic, but I think it should be toggleable.

Ideally, /ctauto [on/off] would be used for changing air protection as being automatic or not.

It could be on by default to help noobs.

pistons should automatically remove the protections on the free level

Tested and worked... although i had to figure out the hard way the pistons cant move protected blocks... like a 80 tall elevator i was making... lol
