I have moved the webserver (and other services) to a new machine
If you are reading this, that means it worked
the truthoffering site has been retired. it wasn't even my site to begin with i was hosting it for another guy who was just as content to have deleted it years ago
if anyone really wants it, post here and maybe i can zip up the articles or something, i don't have an accurate way to gauge how popular it was, it was apparently very popular with bots, but im not sure what else
